Defective Money - Annual Monetary Recall

Every year Our government has a monetary recall. Apparently there is an approximate 30% or more of our money that's defective. Of course the money collected by larger companies like Exxon, or the money that gets filtered/laundered through a chain of foreign countries ending up on some island in the Caribbean is all non-defective, but for the rest of us, we have to contend with bad money and the need for this annual recall.

It's that annual monetary recall season again. We affectionately refer to it as, "TAX SEASON."
